Learning to prepare typical Basque dishes is a unique way to immerse yourself in the culture. In San Sebastián, Bilbao, or Vitoria, local chefs lead workshops where participants prepare pintxos, marmitako, cod à la vizcaína, spider crab (txangurro), or hake a la koskera.
